How much water do I need to drink?

You can figure out the amount of water you need to drink based on your body weight. Simply divide your body weight in half. That number is the number of ounces of water you should drink every day. For example, I weigh 140 pounds:

140 (pounds) divided by 2 = 70. This means that I should drink 70 ounces of water per day. More if I work out or sweat a lot.

Pro Tip: Buy yourself a water bottle big enough to hold at least half the water you need to drink for the day. Drink all of the first bottle of water by 2 O’Clock.
