Another key point. Health care in Japan and Korea is interpreted to mean: “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” The healthy results they get prove they are right. One way to live a healthier lifestyle is live like the Japanese and Koreans. Eat healthier, organic, alkaline foods, drink alkaline water and exercise regularly. Eliminate things like smoking that endanger your health.
