LEAK ISSUE

Apply water pressure to the unit and do not start the extraction process.
is there a leak?

YES

Turn off the water and thoroughly dry everything. Reapply water pressure and check the inlet and outlet connectors on the pre filters.

Is it leaking from one of the pre filter connectors?

NO

Start the extraction process and check the bottom of the internal filters for a leak.

Is the leak coming from the internal filter area?

NO

Check the inlet connector on the bottom of the ionizer and reapply water pressure and check for leaks.

If you see a leak remove the tubing and cut ¼ inch from the tubing and reinstall the tubing back into the inlet on the ionizer. Make sure you press the press the tubing into the inlet connector a minimum of ½".

Reapply water pressure and check for leaks. If it still leaking is would indicate the leak was internal and contact tech support for further assistance.

YES

Then remove the tubing and cut about ¼ inch from the end of the tubing and reinstall the tubes backing into the pre filter. Make sure you press the tubing in 5/8 "15mm. Reapply water pressure and check for leaks. If the leak it still occurring remove the filter connector from the pre filter cap and wrap the threads on the connector with 6 inches of plumbers tape and reinstall. If the leak still exists call tech support for further instructions.

Call tech support for further instructions. (UC applications check the acidic & alkaline connectors on the faucet)

YES

Remove the leaking filter and apply a small amount of olive oil or vegetable oil to the outer o ring located on the bottom of the filter. Reinstall the filter and make sure it is locked in securely. Dry the wet area thoroughly and retest. it still leaking?

YES

Call tech support for further instructions

and the tubing is falling out of the pre filter connector.
Check the locking ring on the end of the connector to make sure it didn't fall out during the installation process. If so call tech support for further info. If the lock is still in place remove the tubing from the connector and cut ½" off the end of the tubing and reinstall it into the connector.
