Occurs when the units filter counter has reached 0 (Expired) The unit's voice prompt will begin to tell you that the filters need to be replaced. If that message is ignored the unit will disable the extraction process.
1)Flashing red screen with E2 message on the bottom right of the LED screen.
2)Unable to extract water when the waking/standby button is pressed (showing E2 message)
3)Unit runs for a short period of time before shutting off. (showing E2 message)
The filter counter needs to be RESET and new internal filters need to be installed.

To purchace replacement filters call the Life Ionizers Filter Sales department or go to Lifeionizers.com to purchase new filter.

Unplug the ionizer for 1 minute then plug it back in. Retest the ionizer.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, call Technical Support for further instructions.
The Unit not responding. Front LED screen is blank.
Check wall power outlet.
Plug something else into the outlet to confirm it has power.
Check power switch under the unit and make sure it's switched to the ON position.
Check the fuse located between the power cable and switch located under the unit.
If none of these solutions solve the problem, call technical support.
