  2. LIFEtime Warranty on all Parts and 10-year coverage on labor for our new advanced LIFE Ionizer™ 7600 & 8000 & 8100 Models with MESH, UV Light and EF Technology™

Warranty is valid when all regular maintenance routines are followed. Option 2 above is only valid when customer has purchased the MESH, UV Light, and EF Technology options. The following routine maintenance procedures will help keep your ionizer running at the optimal performance level for a LIFEtime:

  • Internal filters must be changed once per year
  • Hard water areas must change the Scale Arrest hard water pre-filter once yearly
  • Citric acid cleaning filter must be used once per year

Repair Policy
Minimum labor charge is $0 to a maximum of $199 per occurrence. LIFE Ionizers™ pays for shipping back to you.

The LIFEtime Warranty covering parts does not apply to failure resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance by customer; unauthorized modification; improper use; operation outside of specifications; abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit; improper installation; or unauthorized maintenance or repair.

Items that have not been assigned an RMA number will not be accepted.
LIFE Ionizers™ will pay for return shipping on repairs to the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. All other countries and regions must pay for return shipping.
