What is the qualifying criteria to become a LIFE dealer, and be eligible for dealer pricing?
You will be eligible to receive dealer pricing on ionizer purchases, after you purchase either 1 ionizer at full Retail pricing, or purchase 3 ionizers at wholesale price levels. Also, dealer must purchase either Gold or Silver Dealer Kit.

What other requirements are there to be, and remain a LIFE dealer?
You must provide us with a valid credit card information for the monthly LIFE dealer administration fee of $9.95 for the maintenance of your dealer account and overall support for your LIFE dealership here. This provides you with a whole support network, including drop shipping for your customers, the ability to use financing, and training from our dealer support team.

Is financing available for myself or for my customers?
Yes! Life Ionizers has a Finance Department managed by Finance Manager Glenda Gail Yzaguirre. We offer several different financing programs for you and your customers. Financing programs and terms change from periodically, but we offer terrific finance options that many customers will be eligible for. When financing is utilized by customers, there is a small cost absorbed by dealers that is deducted from your commission check. If financing is utilized by the dealer, there is an administration fee added to the finance contract. This fee varies depending on which financing program and terms you or your customers qualify for. Ask Dealer support or the finance dept for more information on these options. Complete our financing application to get started.

What is my Return Policy?
If the dealer purchases the ionizer using wholesale pricing, then it is a final sale with no return policy offered thru LifeIonizers. We will still offer the same standard repair or exchange. If the customer purchases directly from Lifeionizers at retail pricing, then we offer a 60 day* money back guarantee on Retail purchases. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% return fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing. "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. The original shipping charges will be deducted and return shipping charges prepaid by the purchaser. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. All Sales are final and there are no returns on merchandise purchased wholesale or through finance plans and these units still have full warranties.

What shipping options can you offer on Ionizer sales?
All customers who purchase an Ionizer, will not be charged shipping. We all offer free UPS ground shipping to domestic customers (or up to $200 max for intl customers). Dealers will pay shipping costs , that are deducted from their commission checks. This levels the playing field to ensure that dealers are able to offer the same Free shipping that we offer at corporate. Expedited shipping requests must be phoned in, and will result in additional costs.
