Your Body Runs on Electricity!

In this column we’ve been learning about the connection between live, alkaline mineral water and live, raw food. Ultimately, your body needs live alkaline water and a balanced diet of living food for ideal health. Living food is food that hasn’t been cooked over 118 degrees F. -– fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouted seeds and soaked or sprouted grains.

As you learned last month in this column, living water and dead water are similar to living food and dead food. Cooking kills enzymes and destroys nutrition in food. Processing, filtering and bottling water “kills” it as well, but in this case we are talking about it’s electron potential!

You see, though enzymes or hydration are important, the real value of live alkaline food and water are their electrons! Your body is bioelectric! What makes food or water alkaline is the presence of plenty of available electrons!  Every chemical reaction in every cell of your body is essentially a transfer of electrons from where there are plenty (high pH or alkaline sources) to where they are needed, like inside your cells! Electrons = energy = LIFE!

When something is alkaline it has a high pH (potential of hydrogen), which means it has a preponderance of hydroxyl (-OH) ions that are negatively charged, which means they have more electrons. Live, organic food is rich in alkaline minerals giving it a high pH. The alkaline water from a Life Ionizer is high in alkaline minerals, giving it a high pH, which is why it is sometimes called Alkaline Mineral Water.

Have you noticed that our bodies, most plants and the Earth itself are all mostly water – right around 70%? It’s because water is the way nature stores and transmits all life energy! When you drink alkaline water and eat alkaline foods, which are mostly water, you are charging your “battery” with electrons — in a sense, your body is an alkaline battery!

That’s why everything you eat and drink should have plenty of electrons/energy to contribute – which means alkaline water and live food.  Unfortunately, the Standard American Diet (SAD) is mostly acid-forming, meaning mostly made from acid toxins that drain energy and electrons.  Fortunately, your amazing body has redundant back-up systems for keeping you alive even when you don’t provide the best food and water, but you pay a huge price when you do that.

Today, diseases like diabetes, autism and certain cancers that were once rare are becoming commonplace.  Without plenty of electrons/energy in our food and water, we are becoming less efficient, less effective. We struggle to find artificial sources of quick energy like caffeine and sugar throughout the day just to keep going. We find it harder to stay focused and easier to get upset. We get ill more readily.  Allergies become more widespread. Though our miraculous bodies can manage to survive for a several decades with tons of expensive support from medical science, it isn’t with the best quality of life. Worse yet, when we adapt over decades to an acidic lifestyle it becomes addictive. Since alkaline = electrons = life, the opposite, a lack of electrons, means death.  then we’re addicted to death!

The good news today is that it’s easier to buy live, organic food.  You can even find it in some supermarkets and “big box stores.” Live water is more of a problem. You can’t get it from your faucet, even with water filters, or from most plastic bottles. That’s why a water ionizer is such a crucial tool to have for optimum health. Remember, it is essential to drink live, alkaline water, eat as much live food as you and exercise moderately to get all the electrons/energy you can!  You are an alkaline battery!
