  3. Limit alcohol intake!
  4. Cut back on dairy, milk is acid-forming and really not that great for your bones
  5. Adjust your daily calorie intake based on the amount of exercise you get that day.
  6. Reduce or eliminate sugar and processed foods.
  7. Limit meat, chicken, fish servings to the size of your palm or a deck of cards.
  8. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
  9. Practice deep breathing exercises.
  10. Avoid over-exercising. Intense or extreme exercise can cause exercise-induced acidosis
