• LIFE 7700C, LIFE 7700UC : LIFEtime warranty on all parts / Ten (10) years warranty on labor

If you have recently purchased a LIFE Ionizer™ and would like to register your warranty, click here. All ionizers require periodic replacement of filters and use of citric acid cleaner for warranty purposes.

• Dolphin Whole Home Systems : 10 year parts warranty on the tank and a 3 year parts warranty on the valve. The media is covered by a replacement warranty for 9 months for the fluoride/heavy metal system and 18 months for the Volatile Organic Chemical (VOC) filter system under normal, residential operating conditions. The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and to local building codes. For best results and warranty the unit must be protected from freezing. *These warranties are from the date of installation.

Warranty

The warranty is valid when all regular maintenance routines are followed. The following routine maintenance procedures will help keep your Ionizer running at the optimal performance level:

• Internal filters must be changed annually.
• Citric acid cleaning filter must be used once per year.

Following these easy steps ensures optimal performance and guarantees your Lifetime Warranty (on units that have them).

Repair Policy

The warranty covering parts and labor does not apply to failure resulting from unauthorized modification; improper use; operation outside of specifications; abuse, negligence*, accident, loss or damage in transit; improper installation; or unauthorized maintenance or repair. Items that are sent in for repair that have not been assigned an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We invite you to try out our new range of LIFE Ionizers™ and enjoy the benefits for 60 days. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your ionizer that we offer a 60 day money-back guarantee. Our technicians custom make each unit to your specifications at the time of the order and install the proper electrolysis chamber and add options like UV Light Technology and the Energy Frequency Technology. They also perform a full water report and then custom design your filtration system for optimum water quality. Because of the fact that units are custom built, your sale is considered to be at the time the order is placed and we provide you with a generous return policy starting at this point in time. If at any time within the first 60 days of your purchase you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, minus a 15% return fee. The unit must be returned in an as-new condition and in its original packing. "As-new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs, etc. The original shipping charges will be deducted and return shipping charges prepaid by the purchaser.

The Pitcher of Life™ and the Dr. Life Vortex Water Optimizer™ units have a full one year warranty on parts and labor and all sale are final and not returnable.

*Negligence includes, but is not limited to: leaving too close to flames; dropping unit; leaving outdoors in extreme heat or cold; and other negligence that damages the unit.

*Please Note: The Pitcher of Life, Water for Life stainless steel bottles, and the Dr. Life Vortex Water Optimizer have full one-year warranties on parts and labor and all sales of these items is final with no returns but are covered for any manufacturing defects for one year from date of sale.
