I live in Provo, UT where the water is harder than anywhere in the nation. I've used softners and have been fined by the county for the backwash product that is produced and still didn't achieve the results I was looking for. This is by far the best product I've used yet. No replacements, no backwash and no salt. I would recommend this to anyone with calcium build up! (Posted on 1/11/11)
